Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what information Northvald ("we", "us") collects through northvald.com and how we use it. If you have a question, write to contact@northvald.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our site, we collect what you type in, such as your name, the name of your business, the services you are interested in, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure. We may also briefly use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not store it for this purpose. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not run ad pixels on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites, to count visits and see which pages are viewed.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you, to arrange a time to talk or meet, to prepare a proposal for your business, to provide services you agree to, to run and protect our site and business, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our site and email, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Google). They process information for us to provide their services. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger or transfer of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires or allows.
Your choices
You can contact us at contact@northvald.com to ask about the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will review your request and respond as required by the law that applies to us. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires or allows it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its security.
Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
